iYogi Complaints: One solution for all issues!

iYogi Complaints: Information Required

I possess a Dell Laptop which I purchased 3 months back. My brother purchased another Dell Laptop for himself today itself. I am using a USB Net connect for my system. My brother wanted to share the same on his laptop as well. I tried installing the same net connect software on his laptop too but was not able to accomplish my task. Can’t we share the same net connect?

iYogi Complaints: Complaint registration.

I wanted to carry out the registration process for your iYogi Complaint Forum. I tried to do so by my Apple laptop, but was unable to carry out the concerned task. I tried it many times but it was of no use. The same task I tried from my sister’s Dell laptop. And I was surprised to see that I was able to do the registration within one go. What was the exact matter, I am still not able to figure out.

This time around when I had an issue with my system, the blue screen of death, I thought why not use the iyogi complaint form. I had a few things in mind: first to check whether the form works as it is being projected; second to see how long they take to reach out to me; and finally just for the heck of it, I just wanted to do it, for a change! Barely an hour after I had posted my complaint, I saw a reply from the customer service team asking me to provide my account ID and a few other details. I did that. And pronto, I got a call from an iyogi technician who seemed genuinely concerned about my problem. After he got what he wanted to know, he worked on my system for about an hour and so, and declared that the problem has been fixed. I checked it myself, and the problem is gone. Have to say, it turned out to be a marvelous experience with all my questions answered!!
